Interface-Products

Interface products for high-resolution analysis of sine-wave encoders (rotary- and lenght-measurement).

Sine-Square-Wave Interpolator SRI
Interpolator for the generation of multiplied, incremental square-wave signals out of incremental sine-wave signals.

SRI

                  • Input for analogue, incremental sine-wave signals (SIN-/COS-signals) and reference-signal.
                  • Output for digital incremental square-wave-signals (quadrature) with reference-mark.
                  • Pulse-multiplying x5/x10 or x25/x50
                  • Max. output frequency of the quadrature 1,25 MHz
                  • Easy mounting on support-rail, EMC robust setup.

Measurement Interface Current-Interface MI-I

Interface for measurement and analysis of current-interfaces in position measurement encoders (rotary, angle and lenght) with incremental sine-wave signals and reference signal.

MI-I

                  • Input for current-interface from the encoder. Driven current-output to the evaluation unit.
                  • Output of the measured signals UA, UB, UA + UB and UR (UA, UB-incremental voltage phase-signals; UR-voltage reference signal) for the examination of the encoder signals (signal shape, amplitude, phasing).
                  • Monitoring of the phase-error of the incremental sine-wave signals via 3 LEDs (0º; < -5º; > +5º) and of the reference mark via LED.
                  • Usage as handsome mobile measurement interface and also for stationary easy mounting on support rail, EMC robust setup. Efficient analysis of current signals with easiest means, without special know-how.

Signal-Distribution SV

Interface for the distribution of incremental sine-wave signals from a position-measurement-encoder (rotary, angle or lenght) to 2 separate driven signal-outputs for 2 evaluation units.

SV

                  • Input for a voltage-interface from encoders with incremental sine-wave signals and
                     - reference signal
                     - reference and Z=1 track
                     - or serial interface (EnDat or SSI)
                  • Driven output #1 for a voltage-interface to evaluation-unit #1 with the same signals as at the input.
                  • Driven output #2 for a voltage-interface to evaluation-unit #2 with incremental sine-wave signals and reference signal.
                  • Proper, EMV robust signal-distribution from one encoder-source to 2 evaluation-units.
